Saint Gabriel's System, a division of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, directed by the De La Salle Christian Brothers, is a non-profit social service agency that has been providing care and services to at-risk youth for over one-hundred years.
Our mission is the education and rehabilitation of court-adjudicated delinquent youth. In this regard, we provide academic and vocational education, social services, mental and behavioral health services, arts and recreational activities, spiritual development and community service opportunities to the young people in our care. We provide these services in residential and community based settings to court referred youth from the Philadelphia metropolitan region, as well as counties from across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Our goal in rendering these services is to prepare the young people entrusted to our care with the competencies, attitudes and self-confidence to become responsible, productive members of the community.
