DELSTAR
An Outpatient Program for Male and Female Adolescents, adjudicated (or deferred) on a Sexual Offense

Program Objective:
To facilitate the growth and wellness of each client, reducing his/her risk of sexual offense recidivism and other criminal behaviors that could lead to further involvement in the juvenile justice system by providing sex-offense specific therapy. Therapy includes developing an individual, workable relapse prevention/wellness plan with the following elements:
- understanding of the pathway to his/her offending;
- becoming accountable for all actions,

Program Highlights:
- Located in Center City Philadelphia near major transportation routes (tokens provided for public transportation)
- Quality treatment provided to adolescent sex offenders since 1993
- Licensed by the Office of Mental Health
- Treatment conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and other qualified mental health professionals, under the direct supervision of a licensed psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience
- Facilitates clients' social development while allowing them to remain in their own communities
